About Jason
A strategist who likes building. An advisor who stays close to the work.

Jason Silver, MPH
Executive • Advisor • Coach
Boston, Massachusetts
I have spent my career helping organizations build the capabilities they need to grow, navigate change, and execute their strategy.
My experience spans organizational development, talent management, leadership development, learning, culture, engagement, change, and executive coaching. I have built new functions and programs from the ground up, advised senior executives, led operational teams, supported acquisition integration, and translated complex priorities into practical systems people can use.
I have worked primarily in environments with lean teams, modest budgets, and ambitious expectations. That has made me a hands-on builder as much as a strategist. I stay close to the work because I enjoy creating, solving problems, and helping people see tangible progress.
“I believe leaders rarely need someone who simply arrives with the answer. They need a partner who can understand the context, ask the right questions, surface what matters, and help translate insight into action.”
That is the role I try to play: candid thought partner, trusted advisor, coach, builder, and steady hand.
Talent, organizational development, learning, engagement, culture, succession, performance, and change.
Healthcare operations, research administration, clinical technology, and people-function leadership.
MPH in Management, Boston University; BA in Psychology with a concentration in Business.
Human Synergistics culture and effectiveness tools, Fierce Conversations, and emotional intelligence facilitation.
Where I’ve worked
Different settings. A consistent role.
I am often brought in when an organization needs to build something new, connect work that has become fragmented, or help leaders navigate what comes next.
Built an integrated global center of excellence and advised executives on leadership, succession, AI readiness, talent technology, organizational change, and acquisition integration.
Led talent, learning, performance, leadership, inclusion, and employee-development work through significant industry change.
Advised senior leaders across a 12,000-employee enterprise and coached Deans, Vice Presidents, and executives.
Led clinical and administrative teams, reorganized work, implemented technology, and improved organizational processes.
A practical, human partnership
Let’s talk about what’s next.
I work with executives and organizations that are ready to build, connect, and move important work forward.
